Is there really a 14-day free trial?

Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access — no credit card required. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime.

Can I switch plans later?

Anytime. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your billing page in one click. Upgrades prorate immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

What happens if I cancel?

Your account stays active until the end of your billing period. After that, you have 30 days to restore your data before it's permanently deleted.

Do you charge extra for payment processing?

We don't. Payments are processed through Stripe at their standard 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction — you pay Stripe directly. DetailBrain doesn't take a cut of your revenue.

Is there a setup fee?

Zero setup fees, ever. You can import your existing customer list, services, and bookings for free, and our team will help you get running the same day.

What if I have more than 3 staff on the Starter plan?

Starter is capped at 3 team members. If you're growing past that, the Professional plan has no staff cap. You'll get prompted to upgrade when you hit the limit.
